As a Rehab Supervisor you will spend 50% of time mentoring our extraordinary team of experienced therapists plus 50% time treating patients out in the field. You will report to the Rehab Manager and assist with program development, certs, therapist performance evaluations, and new staff orientation. Additionally you will supervise our PTAs, including interviewing, training, and corrective action, when appropriate.

We need a motivated Supervisor to ensure that our rehab department consistently treats patients in adherence to Horizons policies and Medicare/Medicaid regulations. If you are a self-directed professional who possesses the ability to lead-by-example and believes in the impact a strong supervisor/mentor can have on staff and how that will enrich quality of care for our patients this is the perfect fit for you.Futhermore, carry your own caseload of patients to keep your skills sharp, while experiencing that patient face-time and firsthand ability to make a difference that inspired you to become a therapist in the first place!

Qualifications include a minimum of 4 years of practicing Physical Therapist experience (home care strongly preferred) and the associated WI licensure, plus the appropriate educational background:Graduate a Physical Therapy program from an CAPTE approved curriculum.
