During the critical end of life period, many of our hospice patients choose to spend that time in the comfort of their own homes.When the patient or family has concerns after hours, it is the Triage RNwho is that reassuring voice, answering questions, educating, and sending out a Visit RN when needed. Worklargely with hospice patients, but help out with home care as well.
The Triage RN fields inbound calls from our Milwaukee Park Place corporate office 2:30pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday. No additional On Call or Weekends required. Even though this is an after-hours position, pleasebe advised that you must be available for a minimum of twoconsecutive weeks of full-time 1st shift training.
Required qualifications include a degree from an Accredited School of Nursing, WI RN license, and Nursing experience. Hospice or Oncology experience ideal.
