Engagement & Wellness Coordinator  (Part Time days)

The Employee Engagement & Wellness Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, communicating, and supporting employee engagement, wellness, and culture‑building initiatives across the organization. This role also provides administrative support for employee benefits programs. The Coordinator serves as chair of the Employee Engagement Committee and works collaboratively with HR leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to promote a positive employee experience, engagement, and well‑being. 

 

Employee Engagement & Wellness responsibilities:  

  • Coordinates, communicates, and administers employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs consistent with organizational goals and values. 
  • Chairs the Employee Engagement Committee, including scheduling meetings, setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and tracking action items. 
  • Partners with committee members and leadership to develop and implement engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns. 
  • Coordinates employee engagement surveys, wellness assessments, and feedback tools; compiles results and prepares summary reports. 
  • Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of engagement and wellness programs and recommends improvements. 
  • Prepares routine reports, communications, and presentations related to engagement, wellness, and benefits activities. 
  • Supports diversity, inclusion, morale‑building, and culture initiatives as assigned. 
  • Organizes, edits, and publishes the Employee Newsletter. 
  • Serves as a point of contact for employee engagement and wellness questions or ideas. 
  • Coordinates annual Holiday party and assists with the Annual Employee Meeting 

Benefits Administration Support responsibilities 

  • Provides administrative support for employee benefit programs, including enrollment support, communications, and employee inquiries. 
  • Assists with onboarding and annual benefits enrollment processes, including distributing materials and tracking acknowledgments. 
  • Maintains benefits‑related records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies. 
  • Coordinates with benefits vendors and internal HR partners as needed.
