We are the largest hospice provider and second largest home care provider in Greater Milwaukee. This newly created position has the opportunity to build lasting relationships within the community to grow our employment branding presence. This challenges us to find an experienced, full-time HR professional with the knowledge, vision, and creativity to take our recruitment sourcing strategies and execution to the next level.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and implement a proactive, innovative and dynamic sourcing strategy for forecasted and un-forecasted staffing demands. Researches, networks, builds relationships and cultivates talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions. Supports building of strong employer brand to attract and recruit diverse top talent and be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience. A

Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, plus at least 3 years of related experience.
