This newly created position has the opportunity to build lasting relationships within the community to grow our employment branding presence. This challenges us to find an experienced, full-time HR professional with the knowledge, vision, and creativity to take our recruitment sourcing strategies and execution to the next level.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will develop and implement a proactive, innovative and dynamic sourcing strategy for forecasted and un-forecasted staffing demands. Researches, networks, builds relationships and cultivates talent pipeline for hard-to-fill positions. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, plus at least 3 years of related experience.
