As a RN Case Manager you will provide the kind of nursing care you've always wanted to provide; all while enjoying the flexibility and independence that only home care offers.As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide evaluation, hands-on skilled nursing care and be instrumental in development and management of the treatment plan for our patients in the comfort of their own homes.And the added perk, build your leadership skills by mentoring and overseeing LPNs in the field.
This opportunity enjoy a desirable Monday-Friday, 1st shift schedule with NO On-call and NO Weekends which allows for optimal work/life balance!
Qualifications include a degree from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred), a current Registered Nurse license for the State of Wisconsin, and preferably 1-2 years of Med/Surg or homecareexperience. Must have valid WI drivers license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
