Our Intake Department has an immediate need for an Intake Coordinator. This position will focus their efforts coordinating the intake and referral process for our patients. Intake is the hub of our Agency, and we need an individual with the utmost organization and communication skills to help coordinate and process referrals. Be prepared to be challenged every day; and work with an amazing, collaborative, fun, and professional team.
Seeking a full-time, first shift opportunity? Than this position is the perfect fit! Work every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday), plus a few days per week. It's the perfect role to find that much sought after work/life balance and have the opportunity to be part of our dynamic Intake team.
Qualifications include a degree from an Accredited School of Nursing and a valid WI LPN licensure . Additionally, you must have three (3) years of healthcare experience. Knowledge of medical terminology a must. Electronic Health Record experience preferred. EPIC, Cerner and/or McKesson knowledge a plus! Along withtop notch computer and clerical skills, we are looking for the right personality. You must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment behind-the-scenes while outwardly demonstrating empathy and confidence. We seek someone with exceptional communication and organization skills and an unflappable work ethic.
