Enjoy the convenience of working close to home and the satisfaction of helping those in your community.Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), perform treatment plans to restore clients function and prevent disability following disease, illness, injury or loss of a body part. Therapy is provided in the clients home through an interdisciplinary team approach. Provide services at quality levels consistent with professional standards of practice.

Note: this is a Pool position that will help covering our western counties (Waukesha specifically).

Qualifications include a current PTAlicense to practice in Wisconsin, Graduation from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the CAPTE,and at least2 years of Clinical experience (health care setting preferred).
