[Marketing} Proposal Coordinator  (Full Time)
Location: Melville, NY

Job Responsibilities

H2M architects + engineers invite you to consider an opportunity within our Marketing Department. As an integral member of the H2M team, the Proposal Coordinator, with guidance from the Proposal Supervisor, will be responsible to design, execute and produce competitive proposals for new work.

The Proposal Coordinator will create non-technical content and influence design while coordinating project details with the technical staff. S/he will ensure qualifications and compliance requirements are met while driving the production schedule to ensure accurate and timely completion of each proposal. The successful candidate will be part of an energetic and creative team and will have visibility at all levels within the organization.

Specifically, this position will be responsible for the following:

• Design, execute and produce competitive proposals aligned with strategic business goals and communication strategies and standards.
• Perform detailed analysis of RFQ/RFP documents and develop detailed compliance and responsibility matrices.
• Prepare proposal forms including SP 330s, 254/255s, project and client specific forms for local, state, city and federal government entities.
• Create, edit and produce qualification statements, expressions of interest and other business development and marketing materials.
• Execute the proposal team strategy and meet production schedule to ensure a timely response.
• Maintain corporate information including job histories, personnel resumes, corporate licenses, individual professional licenses (architects, engineers, etc.) and pre-qualifications.
• Maintain customer relationship management database for contact information, opportunity tracking and proposal production.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, English or related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Highly motivated, self-directing, and eager to learn
• Enjoys collaboration and a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
