Position Summary
The Residential Mental Health Staff is a member of a clinical service team who will provide skills training and community integration to individuals with mental health diagnosis’ in a community based and residential health program under the supervision of the Program Manager. Duties will include providing referrals/linkages to community supports, medical/clinical/financial advocacy, implementing service plans and individualized goals, assistance with Daily Living Skills, improving behaviors related to health, nutrition and the physical condition and maintain a safe and positive environment.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Associate’s degree in a related field with one (1) year providing services to individuals with a mental health diagnosis.
Location: Arlington, VA
Shift: Friday 10:00 pm-8:00 am, Saturday 8:00 pm-8:00 am, & Sunday 8:00 pm-8:00 am (34 hours per week)
