Neill Corporation is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Territory Manager for our Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas Region!
Responsibilities include:
Develop and grow the Aveda salon network in a geographic territory, honoring the Aveda brand guidelines
Grow the business of existing Aveda salon customers by providing business solutions and enrolling the team in Aveda
Identify and bring on new Aveda salons that fit with Avedas brand and the existing network
Model and coach salon teams on retailing best practices to support Aveda product sell through
Create and execute compelling solutions presentations to customers that demonstrate solid business acumen and a strong understanding of product assortment and marketing programs
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of salon business building programs
Enroll salon teams in education offerings to drive sales results
Promote Aveda Institute student placement within salons to support staffing and recruiting needs
Use sales tools such as SalesForce and other proprietary sales tools to understand account base and prioritize activities
Willing to travel within assigned territory including sales meetings and regional events, may include weekends
General:
Work in accordance with the Aveda Mission Statement; adhere to company policies and procedures
Manage expenses within fiscal guidelines
Qualifications:
Have a passion for Aveda products and the beauty industry
Bachelors degree preferred or relevant combination of education and experience will be considered
Three years sales experience and/or salon management
Strong communication skills, ability to deliver persuasive presentations, as well as the ability to create strong, lasting relationships
Ability to develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue at the account level as well as across the entire territory
Self-starter, with strong energy, enthusiasm, and sales orientation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, growing business
Ability to understand financial and sales reports
Computer proficiency, mobile first proficiency, business writing and communication skills
Extensive travel
Must be able to spend extended periods of time standing
Must possess a valid drivers license & proof of vehicle insurance
Ability to transport own luggage when necessary
