We are seeking an outgoing professional that has a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow with a successful organization as a Retail Manager!

Responsibilities:
Provide training to retail advisors, manage staff schedule, provide coaching to staff as needed, perform interviews for new staff
Educate guests on products
Ensure guests have a smooth transition from beginning of appointment until they check out
Manage appointment books and scheduling
Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members.
Help maintain clean sales and stock areas
Manage inventory

Requirements:

2+ years in a management role in a high volume retail or guest service environment
Outgoing and high energy, able to multi-task, experience managing inventory, Aveda exp a plus!

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct reports include Retail Advisors.
