Overnight Supervisor - PRTF  (Full Time)
Location: Olathe, KS

Program: Residential Services

The Overnight Supervisor is responsible for supervising the shift on the KidsTLC Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility, ensuring the delivery of high quality PRTF therapeutic services for each client while working in ratio on the unit daily.

Essential Functions of the Position:

• Supervise PRTF/Phoenix clients and PRTF/Phoenix Overnight Care Facilitators to ensure the daily physical and emotional needs of the youth are being fulfilled.
• Assist the Associate Vice President of Phoenix Connections and/or the Associate Vice President of Phoenix Programming with the overall operation of PRTF/Phoenix overnight campus facilities.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations and ensuring continuous quality improvement.
• Monitor and maintain high quality record keeping and professional accountabilities for PRTF/Phoenix overnight services.
• Assist in annual evaluations of all PRTF/Phoenix Overnight Care Facilitators. Individual overnight Care Facilitators may be assigned for more intense supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Education:

• A high school diploma and 60 college credit hours in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited college is preferred.

Qualifications:

• At least one years experience in providing direct care to juvenile offenders and children in need of care in a residential setting.
• Experience/training in crisis intervention including Safe Crisis Management (SCM) preferred.
• Knowledge of residential treatment, Phoenix Model of Care, and Positive Youth Development programs is preferred.
• Assertiveness, confidence and leadership abilities.
  Effective oral and written communication skills.
• The employee must be available to complete multiple in-house trainings, including extensive training in a behavior modificationprogram.
• Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid drivers license and have a satisfactory driving record.
