Contract Therapist - LCSW, LSCSW, LCMFT, LCPC  (Contract)
Location: Olathe, KS

KidsTLC's Outpatient Behavioral Health Services is growing and we are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate contract therapists. (LCSW, LSCSW, LCMFT or LCPC). You choose the service, amount of time and hours you want to work.

What we ask of you:
Provide an advanced level of mental health treatment in individual, family and group settings within the outpatient program
Complete necessary documentation within appropriate time frames, in accordance with KidsTLC's Policy & Procedures outlining compliance measures for billable services
Obtain and maintain own Professional Liability & General Liability insurance coverage
If interested, participate in the development of new services and specialized programming and so much more

Office of sufficient size to meet with clients & families

Administrative assistance with appointments/scheduling
Initial training on KidsTLC database system
Clinical supervision availability for clinical hours provided through the agency in accordance with state regulations for ethical practice
Assistance with credentialing for insurance panels
Our Centralized Business Office will handle the billing for services rendered

Qualifications we are looking for:
Experience with children, adolescents and families experiencing trauma and mental health related issues
Working knowledge of evidenced based practices required
Experience in providing clinical individual, family and group therapy
Excellent writing and computer skills
Requires a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy or other related field
Must be licensed through the Kansas Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board as a clinical social worker (LCSW, LSCSW), marriage and family therapist (or LCMFT);or clinical professional counselor (LCPC). We will also consider individuals licensed as LMSW, LPC & LMFT.
Requires compliance with the Board's ethical practice and continuing education requirements.

Preference will be given to individuals with:
Independent clinical licensure
Special skills/certifications (DBT, EMDR, Gender Affirming, LGBTQ inclusive, Play Therapy, etc)
Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish is desired.
