Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)  (Full Time)

The Trellis Center at KidsTLC is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who value strong ethical boundaries and follow best-practice standards to join our team!

Position Opening:

Programming/Associate Clinician- We are currently a seeking highly motivated BCBA to join our team in the role of a Programming/Associate Clinician. This position works alongside our Vice President of Trellis Autism Services, Directors, BCBA's and related service providers in a peer to peer supportive clinical model. The Programming/Associate Clinician is responsible for the following:

• Maintaining appropriate records and notes
• Working as part of a team
• Flexibility with scheduling and ability to work full time hours
• Performing duties and responsibilities within the scope of their BCBA certification and licensure
• Staff training and mentorship
• Direct 1:1 support to clients as needed

Your QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Professional certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Master's Degree, preferably in special education, applied behavior analysis or psychology and MO/KS licensure.

Experience:

• Strong ABA background relative to ASD or relative developmental disabilities
• Strong goal development experience
• Skill acquisition programming (i.e. discrete trial instruction, small group instruction, generalization training preferred)
• Parent training
• Staff training and conducting team meetings
• Data collection
• Skills Assessment (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, PEAK, etc.) as well as functional assessment and intervention planning
