Maintenance Technician (Full Time)
Location: Olathe, KS
This is a full time position. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for grounds care, landscaping, support of the custodial work and support for property and vehicle repairs. This person works directly with the Director Campus Management on various project management tasks, CM team support duties. There may be some amount of record keeping assigned to this person as it relates the duties performed.
Provide grounds care for all of KidsTLC properties.
Provide basic building maintenance support to include light plumbing, patching drywall, painting, carpet cleaning and other minor tasks as may be assigned.
Support vehicle maintenance schedules and tasks as needed.
Perform auditing / documentation duties as assigned by the Director of CMD in the areas of security, safety and property maintenance and overall agency regulatory compliance as needed.
Assist Director of CM with other project management duties as assigned.
Position Requirements: General knowledge of building and property management, operating small equipment and tools as may be necessary to carry out the task required of the position.
Education Requirements:Incumbent must have a High School Diploma or its equivalent and have the ability to learn how to complete the tasks of the position. Must have current Kansas drivers license and be 18 years of age or older.
