A Direct Support Professional (DSP) is needed to support adults living individually in an apartment setting in the community. The DSP will support each person to meet his/her personal goals while being a companion.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with Meal Preparation
Providing Financial Assistance with Banking Transactions/Budgeting their money
Providing transportation to and assistance with grocery shopping and laundry services
Assisting with individual activities of daily living including, but not limited to: medical appointments, ordering medication, etc.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/ GED required
Insurable NYS Driver's License for a minimum of (2) two years required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
