Residential Coordinator
We are seeking a talented professional to join our residential team. This person will serve as a role model for the Residential Program – both those choosing our supports and those providing them, as well as throughout the Agency. The successful applicant will demonstrate positive leadership abilities and the ability to oversee a variety of program types – supervised, supportive, etc. The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of managing certified residential sites located in Orange County. Responsibilities include oversight of staffing, regulatory compliance, scheduling, finances, overall successful operations of residences and team members’ professional development.
Experience with person directed planning, CQL and Personal Outcome Measures preferred. Position reports to Director of Residential Services.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in the Human Services Field (or related field)
· Minimum 5 years’ experience with developmentally disabled population
· 3-5 years demonstrated supervisory experience
· QIDP status
