Superintendent/Assistant Manager of Facilities and Grounds  (Full Time)
Location: Bridgeport

GBT's Superintendent/Assistant Manager of Facilities and Grounds helps to ensure that all GBT facilities, grounds and equipment are maintained in a state of good repair and in compliance with GBT policies and procedures as well as all local, state and federal regulations. This position plays an important role in the facility preventative and corrective maintenance program for all GBT properties and helps ensure that all work is scheduled and completed in accordance with GBT's Facility Maintenance Plan (FMP) and that the entirety of GBT facilities and grounds are kept safe and in a state of good repair.
