Meritan, Inc., a Tennessee-based health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking the perfect candidate to join its Specialized Foster Care team as a Recruiter/Trainer in Jackson, TN . This full-time position will primarily be responsible for recruiting foster parents, assisting with placements, providing PATH classes for potential foster parents and will maintain a case load when necessary.
Some qualifications for the ideal include:
Excellent public speaking skills
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work alone and as a team player
Good organizational skills
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field required
At least two (2) years experience
