Case Manager
Apelah, Inc., a Mississippi-based health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking the perfectcandidate to join its Specialized Foster Care team as a Case Manager in Ridgeland, MS. This full-time position will closely work with children experiencing emotional, behavioral, and/or medical issues and foster families.
Some qualifications for the ideal candidate include:
Excellent public speaking skills
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work alone and as a team player
Good organizational skills
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
Willingness to travel throughout the state (Gulfport, Hattiesburg, Ocean Springs,and other coastal towns) work on-call some nights and weekends
Masters degree in Social Work or related field
At least two (2) years experience working with therapeutic children
