Case Manager (Full Time)
Location: Meritan - Jackson, TN (Meritan)

Meritan, Inc., a health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking the perfect HERO to join its Specialized Foster Care team as a Case Manager in Jackson, TN. This full-time position will closely work with children experiencing emotional, behavioral, and/or medical issues and foster families.
Some qualifications to be a HERO include:
Excellent public speaking skills
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work alone and as a team player
Good organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Willingness to travel throughout the state and work on-call some nights and weekends
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
At least two (2) years experience
