Successful Candidates will demonstrate:
· Must be Medication Administration Certified Within 6 Months of Employment
· Must Be Able to work Weekends (7 AM - 7 PM)

Job Availability: Up to 40hrs
Residential Locations in Shelby County (Memphis, TN)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Provide each individual supported with their growth in areas including but not limited to activities of daily living and recreation, and ensure that all program and service plans are implemented & documentation is complete.
· Accompany individuals on medical, clinic and other visits deemed necessary by the ISP team
· Follow all policy and procedures of the agency.
· With proper training, administer medication to the individual
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or its equivalent
· One year experience in the human services field, preferred
· CPR/1st Aid Certified
· Medication Administration Certification preferred
· Valid auto insurance
· Current Driver's License.
