Home Coordinator (Full Time)
Location: Meritan - Memphis, TN
Meritan, Inc., a Tennessee-based health, human, and social services nonprofit, is seeking the perfect HERO to join its Residential Services team as a Home Coordinator in Memphis, TN. This full-time position is responsible for the daily operation of supported living homes for persons with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as well asseniors.This includes supervising and training Direct Support Professionals (DSP).
Some qualifications to be a HERO include:
Excellent public speaking skills
Great interpersonal skills
Ability to work alone and as a team player
Good organizational skills
Willingness to work on-call, nights, weekends, and possibly some holidays
Valid drivers license and auto insurance
CPR and 1st Aid Certified
Bachelors degree in Human Services or related field of study
At least two (2) years experience working as a supervisor in a residential setting with the IDD population is preferred but not required.
