Successful Candidateswill demonstrate:
Must be Medication Administration CertifiedWithin 6 Monthsof Employment
Must Be Able to work Weekends (7 AM - 7 PM)

Job Availability: Up to 40hrs
Residential Locationsin Shelby County (Memphis, TN)
Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:
Provide each individual supported with their growth in areas including but not limited toactivities of daily living and recreation, and ensure that all program and service plans are implemented & documentation is complete.
Accompany individuals on medical, clinic and other visits deemed necessary by the ISP team
Follow all policy and procedures of the agency.
With proper training, administer medication to the individual
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or its equivalent
One year experience in the human services field, preferred
CPR/1st Aid Certified
Medication Administration Certification preferred
Valid auto insurance
Current Driver's License.
