Apelah, Inc. is currently seeking a Personal Care Assistant for its in-home personal support program.Personal Care Assistantsmust have a valid TN/MS driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and a reliable automobile. The Personal care Assistant will service clients inDeSoto County and neighboring Marshall County.Applicants must pass a criminal background check and abuse registries check. Experience with providing personal support servicesrequired. This includes bathing, dressing, cooking, running errands, etc. Assisting with supporting employment, budgeting, and family needs.
This is a PRN position with aflexible schedule that may include some late evenings and weekends.This position requires working with ourHOPWAclients and family members living with them withacquired immunodeficiency syndrome (HIV) or related diseases.High school diploma or GED is required.
