This position supports our Information Technology department. People and communication skills are of utmost importance as focus lies on analyzing and solving problems for Team Members.
Potential Responsibilities (and potential training opportunities): -New PC setup and configuration -Mobile device setup and support (iOS, Android) -Active Directory-user setup and administration -Basic user help desk support -Windows 2008/2016 server support and administration -PC hardware and desktop software support -Wide Area Network (Cisco) Support -Phone System Support (Cisco VOIP) -Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) Administration -System and Network monitoring -Ongoing IT project improvements -Basic customer/user project requests Basic Job Requirements: -Must be a current Student (preferably freshman, sophomore or junior status) -Strong communication skills required -NCRC/WorkKeys preferred -A "Can Do Attitude" -Flexible work schedule -Basic to moderate Microsoft Office Tools experience (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Experience with Windows 7/10 operating systems -Basic PC hardware setup and configuration knowledge -Ability to document business processes and overall system setup
