Our experienced Representatives enhance the member experience by identifying the most efficient and expedient way to accurately resolve their questions and concerns. JHFCU Call Center Representatives also maintain current knowledge of Credit Union products and services and utilizes that knowledge to analyze member profiles and cross-sell appropriate JHFCU products and services.

Our Monday thru Friday, and no late evenings schedule is perfect for those individuals who seek a more balanced work-life.

Successful candidates will have a High School diploma or general education diploma (GED) and a minimum of one year related experience in a Credit Union, banking and/or call center environment preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication and listening skills and utilizes those skills to effectively cross-sell appropriate JHFCU products and services. All candidates must successfully meet the Credit Unions minimum credit standards.

The starting salary for this position is $35k.
