Home Health Aide (PRN)
Location: Dayton
PRN: Provides personal care services to clients to maintain their optimum level of functioning at home. Continually works to promote client independence. High school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license with safe driving record is required. Must have basic first aid training. Must be able to read, write and carry out directions. Must be computer literate and have basic office skills. Must have successfully completed Ohio Nursing Aide Training within the last two years and have a 75 hour certificate. One year of verifiable nurse assistant experience in a supervised setting is required.
