Custodian - Dayton, Ohio (Redeemer Community) (Part Time)
Location: Dayton
Part-time (25 hours/week): Position responsible for maintaining a comfortable, clean, safe and pleasing environment for apartment community residents. Duties include performing routine cleaning of all common areas, mopping and washing floors, painting and vacant unit preparation, while maintaining positive resident relations. High school diploma for GED required. Must be able to pass thorough background check.
