Day Program Supervisor (Full Time)
Location: Cincinnati
Responsible for supervising and directing the daily operations of the of the recreational day program in accordance with regulation. Reports to the day program manager. Supervisor will plan and implement activities, purchase necessary supplies for activities, supervise staff and ensure participants are encouraged to participate in scheduled activities. Ensure staffing is within ratios. Supervisor will complete required paperwork and will ensure staff’s paperwork is completed timely. Responsible for vehicle maintenance, vehicle documentation and monthly cleanings.
Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years activity planning and coordinating experience. Supervisory experience is preferred as is previous non-vocational day activity program experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record. First aid and CPR must be completed within 30 days of employment and medication administration within the first 90 days. Experience working with dually-diagnosed persons is a plus.
