Maintenance Generalist (Full Time)
Location: Dayton
Full-time (7:30am-4:00pm): Position provides assistance in plumbing repairs, HVAC repairs, electrical repairs, carpentry repairs and painting services for our 100+ acre campus. Assists with preventative and routine maintenance of resident rooms and furniture. High school diploma/GED required. Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Two years of experience in related general maintenance preferred.
