Groundskeeper (Full Time)
Location: Dayton
Full-time (7:30am-4:00pm): Experienced groundskeeper needed to assist in maintaining Bethany Village’s 100-acre campus. Duties include mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, weeding, spraying and watering of plants and lawns; all snow removal and ice control of all roadways, driveways, and sidewalks on the entire campus. High school diploma/GED and valid driver’s license with safe driving record required. Qualified candidates will have experience in grounds care and related equipment, a stable work history, and the ability to establish a good rapport with residents.
