Diversity at CRF
CRF is committed to cultural competence, and we have established the Cultural
Diversity Resource Team (CDRT) whose mission and tasks include ensuring that all
our corporate practices are culturally sensitive to both our consumers and
employees. The CDRT has developed a company-wide Cultural Diversity Plan and is
