Equal Employment Opportunity
CRF is an equal opportunity employer, and we make employment decisions based on
merit. Our policy prohibits unlawful discrimination and/or harassment of any
individual because of that individual's sex, race, religion, color, national
origin, ancestry, marital status, age, physical handicap, disability, sexual
orientation, protected military status, or medical condition, as well as other
categories protected by federal, state and local law. All such discrimination is
unlawful and prohibited and will not be tolerated by CRF.
Diversity at CRF
CRF is committed to cultural competence, and we have established the Cultural
Diversity Resource Team (CDRT) whose mission and tasks include ensuring that all
our corporate practices are culturally sensitive to both our consumers and
employees. The CDRT has developed a company-wide Cultural Diversity Plan and is
responsible for creating and offering cultural and ethnic awareness, knowledge,
and skills trainings throughout the year.
Cultural Competency training is required of all of our staff, not just those
providing clinical services, on an annual basis. It is our pledge to provide
behavioral health and psychosocial rehabilitative services that are culturally
sensitive to those we serve.
