Salary: $17.28 to $21.07 per hour, based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Tasks and functions:

• Comply with all company security policies, procedures and standards;
• Direct traffic and ensure the safe movement of pedestrians, vehicles and equipment at various locations on the construction site;
• Monitor traffic trends and adjust traffic as necessary to reduce congestion and improve safety;
• Communicate with drivers and pedestrians using hand signals, radios or other communication devices to provide directions and advice;
• Attend to other tasks as instructed

Requirements:

• NBCSA's traffic control course completed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant experience
• Bilingualism is an asset
• Adequate physical capacity for the job
• Have a valid driver's license
