LPN-Clinics  (Full Time)

As an LPN in Family Medicine, you will be working with the Providers to ensure their patients are receiving quality care. The LPN often times navigates & coordinates communication between the Patient and their provider when the patient is not in the office. Additionally, the LPN works through standing protocols designed by the provider, to result routine findings to the patient, place orders in advance of their appointments, refill prescriptions, perform EKG's, dressing changes, and Medicare Wellness Visits. In Family Medicine, we are responsible for managing all aspects of a patient's health and we are looking for a detail-oriented LPN who values quality & compassionate patient care. The environment is fast paced with a lot of variety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• HS Diploma
  
• Successful completion of nursing school resulting in an LPN Licensure. 

Licensure and certifications:

• Valid LPN License in good standing with the KS Board of Nursing required
• BLS Certification required, but can be earned post-employment
