POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for quality review of charts and documents under the regulatory licensing standards in order to ensure program efficacy and compliance; alternate administrator for Electronic Health Record system. Our QA Coordinator will:
- Select charts, uses census tracking form for monthly chart-compliance audits. Complete audit forms, analyze charts for adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Monitor unit/agency procedures to offer strategies for improvement to meet chart compliance and best practices.
- Track and monitor the completion of unit treatment, admissions/discharges, and adherence to outreach policy.
- Participate in audits of all Behavioral Health programs to ensure agency compliance with regulations and standards.
- Maintain an intricate knowledge to assist with administrative management of Electronic Health Record System (EHR); provide new user support in maneuvering the EHR.
- Complete accurate and timely reporting of incidents
- Support medical practitioners and use enhanced follow-up procedures to assure the accuracy of notes, completion of signatures, and consents.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM
TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, psychology or a closely related field.
- Experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a non-profit healthcare setting.
- Experience navigating, configuring and reporting on Electronic Health Record system data.
