Talent Management Specialist (Full Time)
Location: Shreveport, LA

Morris & Dickson Co., one of the leading pharmaceutical distribution companies, is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will drive our recruitment efforts, supporting both entry-level and professional roles across our organization.

Typical duties would include:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for both entry-level and professional roles.
Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
Maintain and manage candidate information in Rippling ATS.
Support talent acquisition efforts to meet company growth goals.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in recruiting and talent management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) certification.
Experience with sourcing and building talent pipelines.
Familiarity with Rippling ATS.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (On-site)

Salary: $65k - $90k
