CNA II / Med Tech  (Full Time, Part Time, and PRN)
Department: Nursing

Minimum Education/Experience

High School Graduate or GED Certificate required. Completion of state-approved CNA II certification training course and current certification required. Preference will be given to applicants with experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Essential Job Functions

Assist with the personal care needs of each person served, including skin care, bathing, feeding, toileting needs, personal grooming, etc.

Provide quality supervision and interaction with the person served.

Provide CNA duties to the person served, such as taking vital signs, medication administration, proper positioning, repositioning, treatments, etc. as assigned by DON.

Complete medication administration training.

Report immediately all concerns to DON/ CNS

Follows policies procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

Maintain CNA certification by demonstrating skills as required and supervised by RN/ DON.

Maintain at all times a valid NC drivers license and an acceptable driving record and be responsible for driving Center vans or other vehicles.

Perform other related duties as required.

Rate: Starting $20 hr. based on experience

Shift: FT, PT, and PRN -Hours may vary to meet the needs of the person served and the agency.

Available shifts:

7a-7 p.m. Weekends

7 pm-7 am Weekends

32hr 7a-3 pm Weekday.

11p-7a Mon-Fri
