Contract Outpatient Therapist (Part Time) Department: IFS-Individual & Family Services
Minimum Education/ Experience:
A graduate of a college or university with a Masters’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology. Individual must hold a license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating the human service profession within the mh/dd/sas system of care. (LCSW, LCSWA, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, LMFTA, LPA, LP). One year of full-time, post-graduate degree accumulated supervised mh/dd/sas experience with the population served is preferred.
Brief Description of Work Performed:
Act as an outpatient therapist and member of the First Steps Assessment Team. Conduct developmental and social-emotional assessments. Conduct Comprehensive Clinical Assessments to determine diagnoses. Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to assigned clients. Provide OPT to clients enrolled into IFS onsite or offsite at TLC, partner agencies, in homes, or in the community according to client preference. Have NPI Number and NCID. Maintain licensure with the licensing board. Maintain up-to-date information in CAQH and NC Tracks databases. Participate in treatment team meetings as appropriate. Collaborate with TLC Program Administrator and IFS Lead Therapist on programs and program development. Maintain a working knowledge of current Wake County agencies and programs for children 0-5 years of age to facilitate transitions and appropriate referrals as needed for clients. Perform related duties as needed.

Schedule determined by Chief Program Officer; part-time
