Residence Supervisor ICF 3rd Shift  (Full Time)
Department: ICF-Intermediate Care Facility

Associate degree in a related human service field or one year experience or equivalent combination of experience and education. Preference is given to applicants with training or experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
Valid North Carolina driver’s license required.


Brief Description of Work Performed:
Supervision and assistance in personal care, habilitative training of residents, light housekeeping assignments, medication administration, accompany residents on outings, routinely lift 40 lbs independently and 41-140lbs with assistance, and new staff orientation.

Job Stability:  No layoffs, overtime pay, guaranteed hours/job security.


Hours/Days of Work:
Days and hours to be determined by Manager, 
Weekend work required

Pay Rate and Benefits:
3rd Shift: $13.38-$15.00/hour; plus excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, (around $100 or less per paid period, depending on the selection of benefits) life, STD/LTD, paid holidays, PTO and 403b retirement plan.  The dollar value of benefits is $6200.
