JACK'S KITCHEN AIDE (Full Time)
Department: Food and Beverage
STARTING WAGE: $ 16.45 PER HOUR
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible to keep kitchen in good sanitary condition and work area clean and orderly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Washes all dishes and kitchen/restaurant instruments in a timely and sanitary manner.
Returns dishes to their appropriate designation for use.
Performs side work before, during, and at end of shift.
Communicates with wait staff and manager-on-duty to maintain service efficiency.
Performs other general duties as directed by the Restaurant/Chef Manager.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
