APPLIANCE TECHNICIAN (Full Time)
Starting pay $26.50 and up depending on expereicen level
Repairs and maintenance of all commercial kitchen and hotel equipment, refrigeration units, ice machines, food preparation equipment, bakery equipment and beverage equipment of all makes and models throughout the property. Some examples include ovens, fryers, ranges, mixers, refrigerators, freezers, washer machines and dryers.
Performs tasks as assigned.
Assures quality guest service to patrons during scheduled shift.
Adheres to all company Policies and Procedures.
Communicates any observed departmental problems to supervisor.
Other job related duties as assigned.
High School Graduate or GED
Training equivalent to HVAC and Refrigerant Mechanic apprenticeship program
TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Minimum three years experience of kitchen, cooking and bakery equipment repair and refrigeration experience is required.
Must have universal or type 3 refrigeration license.
Knowledge of multiple trades including plumbing, electrical and welding with the ability to read blueprints and schematics as necessary
Working knowledge of natural gas equipment controls, steam and electric kitchen equipment and industrial controls preferred.
