HR Recruiting Coordinator  (Full Time)
Department: All Openings, Human Resources

Position Overview:

The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of the Human Resources team, responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. This position collaborates closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, as well as provide an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

  •   Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone, virtual and on-site interviews.
  •   Ensure interviewers have the necessary information and materials for a successful interview process.
  •   Manage communication with candidates, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  •   Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, as needed.
  •   Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  •   Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  •   Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with orientation activities as required.
  •   Assist in planning, preparation and execution of recruiting and Human Resources events.
  •   Participate in developing new business processes relating to recruiting and Human Resources.
  •   Provide coverage to other HR coordinators including reception.
  •   Manage department supplies inventory and replenishment.
  •  Other duties as assigned.
