Back to Category List Available Positions > Job Description Shop Supervisor - Hibbing Store (Full-Time Hours) Shop Supervisor Our Perfect Match: We are looking to hire a Shop Supervisor to oversee all day to day shop operations. You will work directly with customers to resolve any issues or concerns and make sure they are leaving happy with the service they received. 2 years of previous experience working in a Senior Shop position with L&M Supply OR 2 years of related supervisory experience is preferred. If that sounds like you, apply today! Job Type: Full-Time Hours Schedule from approximately May 1st - August 30th: Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm & every other Saturday 7:30 am - 11:30 am. Schedule from approximately September 1st - April 30th: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm & every other Saturday 7:30 am - 11:30 am. Targeted Pay Range: $17-21 per hour. (Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.) What you'll do in this role: Our Shop Supervisor is responsible for shop operations and will work closely with Store Management & Senior Management teams to develop, enhance and implement best shop practices and procedures. In this position you will have supervisory duties over the shop team and ensuring the shop operates in an effective and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include ensuring high level of productivity, resolving customer issues & concerns, addressing employee performance, ensuring compliance with safety rules and other tasks as assigned by management.
