Customer Service Greeter/Porter

NO NIGHTS! NO WEEKENDS!

Monday- Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Hourly pay rate: $16.00 to $18.00

Are you customer service-oriented? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We'd like to meet you! Lee Auto Malls in Westbrook is looking for a Customer Service Greeter/Porter for our BUSY service department.

Responsibilities:

• Safely drive vehicles in and out of the service lane
• Shuttle service customers to/from various destinations
• Pick up parts from various locations as needed
• Promptly and professionally answer phone calls; assist with service appointment scheduling
• General administrative work, including filing
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area
• Assist the Service Lane Manager and Service Parts Director with various tasks

Qualifications:

• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work well as part of the team or independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills

This position requires a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
