In the role of a Service Appointment Coordinator/Service Specialist, you work directly with customers via telephone and email to provide product and service information and generate service appointments for the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Fielding service department phone calls
Booking appointments
Daily customer retention outgoing calls and reminders
Customer Satisfaction Survey phone calls and mailers
Documenting and updating customer records in real-time, based on interactions
Qualifications:
A general understanding of automotive service and repair or ability to retain information when trained
Understanding of time management and appointment scheduling
Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to instantly build rapport with a friendly, professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Strong computer skills
