Clinical Manager  (Full Time)
Location: Emporia, Kansas

This is an exempt day position M-F 8:00-5:00pm weekends as needed

The Clinical Manager will oversee day to day operations of the clinic nursing staff and works collaboratively with the Executive Director of Outpatient Clinic Services for decision making and working toward the overall success of the Newman Regional Health Medical Partners clinics.

Essential Functions:

• Provides education and support to clinic nursing staff to ensure standards are being met for patient care requirements
• Evaluates nursing staff through rounding, evaluations and chart audits continuously
• Ensures new staff members are oriented and trained appropriately
• Creates monthly clinic schedules and daily staffing matrix
• Maintains knowledge of current accreditation and Rural Health Clinic standard

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong management and leadership skills
• Great communication skills
• Have the ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required

• 3 years full-time nursing experience

• Minimum of one year in a leadership position with clinic experience required
