Nutrition Services Diet Clerk (PRN (As Needed))
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nutrition Services, the Nutrition Services Clerk coordinates the order entry diet sheets and menus for patient meal service and other related duties.
· High School or equivalent required.
· Ability to keep simple records and perform simple arithmetic.
· Prior Health care food service and modified diet experience preferred.
· Word processor/computer experience helpful, but not required.
