Clinical Supervisor  (Full Time)
Program: Regional Recovery Center

THE PROGRAM

The Bridges North Central Regional Recovery Center (NCRRC) Program is designed for adults seeking to make the personal changes necessary to live a clean and sober productive life. The structured treatment services provide the individual with counseling and support components that include case management services, individualized treatment and recovery plans, weekly group meetings, education, and aftercare follow-up services. The program offers the recovery knowledge and tools to rebuild a healthy lifestyle. The program’s required participation is based on assessment, which is typically a minimum of six months to nine months and includes an initial diagnostic assessment. Clinical staff includes licensed mental health clinicians, certified drug and alcohol counselors and a consulting psychiatrist.

THE POSITION

The Clinical Supervisor, with direction from the Program Manager, provides high quality individual and group counseling, case management, outreach and intake services to clients. This position develops and implements formats for drug treatment groups as well as other client-centered groups provided by the program. This position provides supervision to interns as well as consultation to staff and the professional community. Other duties include:

  • Provides supervision, education, and training and oversees the work product of all staff as assigned by the Director.
  • Provides weekly supervision, individual and group, to the unlicensed therapists in accordance with BBSE requirements and completes mandatory supervision logs (when appropriate).
  • Leads Treatment Team meetings, participates in case file reviews.
  • Reviews Assessments, Client Plans, and clinical methodology of assigned staff.
  • Ensures program guidelines are being followed. Provides direct counseling, educational services to clients with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis problems.
  • Provides administrative tasks.
  • Provides case management services for all assigned clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree and California License in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences.
  • Two years as a Licensed Clinician, with authorization to provide supervision.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in the field of chemical dependency.
  • Must be able to pass drug, TB and background check and COVID vaccine requirements.
  • Knowledge of community health, welfare and social agencies.

HOURS

40 hours per week, M-F 8:30 - 5pm

PAY

$36 per hour Licensed

This is a starting rate and may be adjusted upwards based on experience.

Current Vista Hill employees in this job title for 2023 are paid $38 - $39.
